Trish Formby - Masters in Sports Physiotherapy, MCSP, SRP
Trish completed both under-graduate and postgraduate training at Curtin University, Perth, Western Australia. She has spent many years developing her unique system of innovative, evidence-based, manual and rehabilitative ‘combined therapy’
and has been teaching her system to other health professionals on a course especially designed by her. She is also trained in Clinical Pilates and has worked with high profile sports men and women.
Camilla Curtis - MSc Manipulative Physiotherapy, MMACP, MCSP, SRP
Camilla studied at U.C.L and the Middlesex Hospital. She has an analytical approach to assessment and treatment integrating manual and rehabilitation based strategies. She is involved in post-graduate university education programmes tutoring both physiotherapists and doctors at Masters level in addition to teaching on courses throughout the UK. She has experience working with professional sports people and attended Sydney 2000 with the British Paralympic Swim Team.
Polly Benge - Pilates Instructor
Polly is a certified member of the Pilates Foundation UK. She was a professional dancer for 13 years before becoming a Pilates Instructor. She has worked with the New Zealand Cricket team, the New Zealand Netball team and has recently taught the British Commonwealth Games team for synchronised swimming. At Sprint she works with a wide variety of people from office workers, the elderly, dancers, actors, pilots, musicians and anyone for whom optimum health is a goal. Her teaching technique works on bringing the body into a balanced alignment so that posture, strength, performance and aesthetic are achieved and sustained effortlessly.
